cyto gain along with 2 grams of protein per pound,1carb,and 20 calories per pound. will defintly throw the wight on i started at 143 and now im 158 in about 1 month or so. but im trying to find something to give me a more intence workout
So you have put on 13 pounds in a month! That really isnt good. Be careful not upping that bf to much.
143-158 in one month!? That doesn't sound too good. I eat like crazy and I gain maybe 2-3 pounds in a month.

15 lbs in a month, thats alot. Correct me if im wrong, but by those numbers, 20 cals per pound, that means u were intaking 2860 when u was at 143. 2 grams of protein per lb leaves u at 286 (1144 cals), 1 carb leaves u at 143 (572) and the rest is fat? (1144 from fat, 127 grams). i dunno buddy, but to me it seems u gained alot of fat, check ur BF% dood.
ok my bad its been like 2 months but i really have put on some serious weight and ive always been a hard gainer. and my strenght has went up alot.im not a trainer or nothing but ive been told to do this and i can say it defintly works. plus the cyto sport makes the best tasting shakes as far as protien. any one heard of masterdrol
i dont know how to get exact body fat % but one guy on here had a equation to do it and it was about 11 but i dont know how acurate that is. but i might have exaterated a month but it was quick. and any wieght is good cause im usually a hard gainer.
your talking about prohormones now when you talk about masterdrol and im assuming that its methyl masterdrol by legal gear. thats a whole different ball game and before you consider taking something like that you have to consider a PCT, a clean healthy diet and knowledge on what a prohormone is.
whats pct. and do you mean a diff ball game as in masterdrol is good. using a pro hormone would be right under doing straight roids aint it.
so if i bump the carbs by 2 grams itll be more lean wieght. im also going to do a 4week cycle of masterdrol and methyl1-d
