Hi - Is it better to take arginine pre workout and creatine post workout, or can they be taken together without losses in absorption etc - would appreciate some advice on this - thanks.

right together is fine, it also depends on the type of creatine as well, typically you take mono post work-out, CEE or malates can be taken pre and post.
