I Am Back.. This Time Until I Die..

It's been 3 years since I stopped going to the gym. But I relized that no matter how busy I am or how messed up my life is, taking care of my body has nothing to do with the stresses of life.

I've just gotten a membership at planet fitness last week and prepared myself for a true bodybuilding quest.

I've also just bought my supplements today:
    - ISOpure low carb protien.
    - ANIMAL PAK.
    - 4 bottles of REDLINE.
    - Xenadrine fat burner (showed me miracles 3 years ago)

I'm taking two pills 35 mins before workout, a protien shake after the workout.

Is it safe to take REDLINE and Xenadrine at the same time?

I want to be sure that mixing these things together is alright..

Any advice, any recommendations, any comments are very appreciated.

Congrats man and welcome back. It's funny because working out has helped me bring stress to almost nothing.

The only problem I can see taking Redline and Xenadrine together are that they both have caffeine. I wouldn't think it should be a problem though. Just start slow with the Xenadrine and sip the Redline until you see how your body reacts.

    BTW, how's your diet?
