I have never used Creatine before and am thinking about using it. I have just recently begun weight training. I am 19years old 6ft2 and weigh 160lb. As you can see i don't weigh that much...
Now here is my problem i don't know if i should do the 6 day ''load'' of 20grams a day or just start with 3-5grams daily.

Loading is not needed. just take 5 g every day and saturation will occur after 3 weeks or so.
