    Longterm Damage/SideEffects to using NoXplode?

Hi I am a 39 year old noobie lifter who has been lifting weights for a few years now and to be honest have been dependant on using NoXplode for a stimulant before I go to the gym usually 5 days a week. I don't see on the instructions any reference to cycle or stop using this product after a period of time. My question is can anyone tell me what harm I am doing to my system by using NoXplode and Cell Mass frequently bottle after bottle or if I should stop using it for a period of time? Thanks for your time.

you're putting a little extra stress on your kidneys, but as long as you drink plenty of water daily it's no problem IMO.

Thanks for the replies, I only have access to a gnc where I live so I feel pretty much restricted to that stores prices since mail will probably be a pain in the ass. Just curious but what other stimulants for pre workouts are there that work just as well? I have no clue what to use besides that for energy and if I dont use something effective Ill just be too tired to do my workouts.

Try mail order. This site has some products, as in their own range, or failing that, check with other people on the forum for website recomendations.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Try the Redline bottles. That is one serious pre-workout boost.

I get one once in awhile. Those are really great. I know a place I can get them fairly cheap in bulk and I'm going there this weekend. I may get some.

Haha, I tried it for the first time this past Sunday and was amazed at how energized it makes you feel. But not that super jittery caffeine type hyper. It's like a clean energy rush. I go to Vitamine Shoppe every Sunday when I go home to visit the fam and will be picking up 2 or 3 of the single bottles to use during the week.

They make a pill too. I've never tried them but I think you can get around 120 of them for around 30 bucks. If it was as good as the drink it might be worth it.

NO Xplode has a lot of caffeine in it. I definitely think you should cycle it so that you don't become dependant.

Personally, I wouldn't use it at all...I'd use a creatine without caffeine and just add in caffeine when it's necessary.

If I could find a sample, I'd like to give those a shot. For now I am going to stick with the bottles on a work out to workout basis.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The place that had the bottles cheap here quit selling them. I did see the pills at walmart for 24 dollars though. I didn't see the bottles there though. I'd like to get a few for next weeks workouts.
