I take 2400mgrams x 3 daily =6g

What if you take 4000mg a day, do you choose 2000-4000mg, or 4000-6000mg?


If sense were common, everyone would have it.

ok, answer me this question..

I'm currently taking 7200mg of fishoil
3grams sesamin
3grams cla

Can your complete blend replace this regimen? or be used in conjuction with what i'm using already?

1 softgel = 1,000mg or 1gram

I don't know how many you take per day.

I take the recommended dose (2-3 a day I believe), I didn't memorize the nutritional facts.

what is in the walgreens bulk efas?

with everything in life there is different quality, also the extracts of ingredients used. Essence is not just pure fish oil, that would be a much cheaper product to make!
