    Question Fish Oil/multivitamin help!!!!

    im in the market for fish oil and i was wondering what everyone else is using and what company makes the best ones. i heard a lot of companies making bad oils are non-purities. also what multivitamin would fit me well? i was reading and "one a day" got good reviews. thx for the help

    I like NOW's line of supps. They have a good fish oil omega-3 product and an assortment of multi vitamins.
