    Creatine, no explode or superpump 250 for preworkout

    What should i take as a preworkout supplement? Had heard of No explode and superpump 250.. Or should i take creatine.. Please advise.. Thanks in advance..

    I tried just 1 serving of Super Pump 250....Amazing stuff! I was given a sample pack and finally used it. I was enormously huge after my workout. Crazy stuff. Go with that!

    creatine pre-workout is ideal. if you want something for energy, you could pursue that as well.

    people have reported GI upsets with the Gaspari products. I tested superpump250 as well and it was immense, with no problems either.
    I love it when a plan comes together.

    Yes... ummm I am one of the people with the GI upsets because of Superpump..

    If it wasn't so bad, I would take it anyway, because it is damn good stuff!!

    for the love of mike they do the same thing as any cheapass creatine product on the market. Save your money and buy wellament creatine mono. Under 20 bucks! and btw-dont fall for the gimmickry of arginine...its bullshit. Eat a big salad 2 hours before a workout and you'll get the same results with a pump. REALLY!

    ive used superpump 250 and xpand as well... i was pleased with both. i was skeptic at first but when i would get home from the gym my girl and kids would ask me what the hell i was doin in the gym..
