On a cut - is taking a blend of flax, sunflower and sesame worthwhile?
I've been on a cut now for just under a week and a pro recommended to me that I take a blend of flax seed, sunflower, and sesame oil (also has evening primrose, soyal lecithin, rice bran oil) to help with my cut.
I've only just bought it and taken 1 dose so won't notice any effects. Do you guys think it's worthwhile?
I love it when a plan comes together.

Definately, EFA's are important to consume on a bulk and a cut.
