i lost the measuring cup that was in my bottle of true mass. i need to know how much to put in with my water. i was guessing half a cup? can someone tell me how much 145 grams are or what 3 scoops are equivalant too? thx

I don't think there's a way to calculate a weight into a volume. 145g is 145g....that's it. You could get a kitchen scale and figure it out from there (plus it has lots of practical uses where bodybuilding is concerned....ie: weighing your food). Or you'll have to find someone who has the same scooper to see what size it is. Or email the manufacturer.

Well,

The standard scooper that comes with most protein powders is 70cc.

One cup is 237cc - or - 3.4 scoops.

Therefore, 7oz (volume) should be almost precisely the amount you want - if the scooper was standard size.
