    Fish Oil caps

    Wat is a good Fish Oil cap supplement? and how many caps / grams should i take per day?

    6-9 caps a day assuming standard dose.

    Some eccentric coated cap would be good. Costco has them for a good price.

    theres no costco near me so i cant buy those. Wats the standard dosage in grams?

    the link she posted and the products they were talkin about (flame out, kilosport, carlsons), i cant find them, not even on bodybuilding.com

    Look into Udo's oil and start using tablespoons of that with your shakes. 1 fish cap is only 1 gram of fat, a tablespoon of Udo's oil is 12g.

    wow 12g, that means i only gotta take that once per day right? hows the taste on it? prolly horrible but does it get disguised by the shake/ juice or w/e ur drinkin it with or does it sabotage everything?

    you would be better off splitting that up into several doses with meals rather than all at once.

    well yea, but technically it'd be just one tablespoon per day since it is 12g per tablespoon right?

    so, udo's oil blend has everything that other EFA supplements have? kinda cheap to


    -does all omega 3/6/9 supps have DHA, EPAs etc>?

    that is like taking all of your protein in one meal, not a good idea, so no I would take 1-2 grams 3-4 times per day, not all at once.

    nah thats not wat i meant. I meant it as, u see how with the pills, some ppl say take 6-9 pills per day or something like that. For this, it would only be just 1 tablespoon, just split up.

    As far as convenience, these are tough to beat. They're not the cheapest but so so convenient. Just rip open and and squeeze into mouth. Yes that sounds bad.
