Trying to get back into training. Which supplements? Why? and What do they do?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to get back into training.

Basically, which supplements are most important or "necessary" for good gains?

Right now I'm just taking a multi-vitamin. Back when I was training I took Amino Acids, Flax seed oil, CEE, Fish Oil, and L-Glutamine.

This was 2 years ago, so I'm guessing theres new studies, new research, new supplements.

What are you guys taking now? How do you like it? Have you noticed changes good and bad?

If what you took before workedwell for you just stick with it. The only thing else I would add is whey protein. But if your taking bcaa's and then a good meal after training, theres nothing wrong with that.
