hi can sum1 help me please

Hi, what the problem is, is that i am using creatine bombs from nutrisport and i was wondering to i still only train 3 times per week due to being on the creatine. The creatine bombs are 1000mg and I take 4 after every workout, i am just confused over the matter because creatine increases muscle ATP so I have been thinking that my muscles do not need a rest as a result of this. could you please email me back as soon as you can as it would be a great help to me and clear up much confusion, oh and when i do a work out it consists of 25mins cardio work on a cross trainer and 45 mins training for one muscle at 5 exercises with 5 sets and 10 reps. then the same for another muscle.

Please reply need some help on this matter thanks alot for taking the time to read this

creatine allows you to work out harder, but you still have to rest for you muscles to grow. atp fuels the muscle doesn't build it. Thats where protien and rest come in

I've never heard of making sure not to mix creatine with protein. Some guys I know mix creatine and glutamine with their post workout shakes. Just take the tabs and then down a protein shake afterwards.

depends on your goals. do some reading in the training section (especially the stickies) and in other weight training sources. Come up with a plan and then post it in the training section. we will help you from there...

I never had a problem assimilating creatine with my pwo protein; try it both ways and see what works for you. As for glutamine, shit sucks.
