If your eating everything correctly then you will get all of that from food with the exception of maybe whey and creatine and at 17 theres no need for creatine.

I am not familiar with that. Is it a prohormone? If so there is NO NEED to mess with any of that at a young age. Your working against your system there.

    Heres the thing with you:

I tried to explain to you how to develop a proper routine yesterday. You have no clue how to do so, but yet you know every supplement on the market. Why is that? Dont you think you should learn a proper routine setup before you shove a bunch of junk in your mouth?

I'm not as informed as prolly most everyone on the site but from everything I've read the three biggest things are: your routine, your diet, and your rest. Not in any specific order cause they are all equally important. The rest part is easy, just get enough sleep. The routine part is a little harder but folllowing the advice here shouldn't be a problem. The diet part, at least for me anyway, is killer. I have a hard enough time just drinking enough water. *lol* Like you I am 170lbs but have been making steady gains since 158. Get ahold of all the nutritional info you can find geared toward body building and start planning out your diet so you're eating properly. If you're spending all the work in the gym why not give your body the best chance it has for growth potential? It was amazing to me once I started doing even a little research how skewed my perception of 'proper' nutrition really was!

you dont need in the gym 4x's aweek for no friggin 2hours all you need is 3-4x's aweek in the gym for no longer than 45-60mins and the way your routine sounds. it sounds like total crap.
