EFA supps
How do I know if an EFA supplement (currently lookin at Udo's choice oil blend, has Omega 3, 6 and 9) has DHA, EPA, GLA, and ALA and stuff? I mean Udo's oil's ingredients include Flax oil, sunflower oil, Bran Oil, Primrose Oil among other ingredients.
