ok well this is what i decided to go with: ON whey protein-(cookies and cream),and fish and flax oil pills, im still looking for a good multivitamin. i was wondering if i should take this stuff on my days out of the gym. i know the oils are good to take anytime but what about the protein? also would it be bad to add a fat burner to these? thanks for all the help by the way PEACE OUT. also i have read that it is best to take protein after workout,after you wake in the morning and before you go to sleep. when do you guys take it?
