    best supplements?

    whats up everyone. well i have just started working out on a regular basis and now that i have a routine i was wondering what are some supplements i need in order to reach my fitness goals. i am just needing ideas on some things that give energy and nutrients to my body and muscles without putting on mass. i don't want to get bigger i just want to give my muscles nutrients i know i dont get enough with a regular diet.

    i have read alot on here about fish oil, and other oils and whey protein and things like that but am not sure what they do. if i take protein will i get bigger cause right now that is not my goal. so anyways any info will help. Thanks Peace out. please dont think i am a i am just a noob

    first thing, your diet and routine are most important, i would take time and focus on them. afterwards a multi and fish oils are great for overall health purposes and protein is great to add to supplement your protein needs lacking in your diet. protein will not make you "huge" i will help you build muscle though.

    do a search on all the supplement you are interested in. Read and educate yourself and go from there.

    ok well this is what i decided to go with: ON whey protein-(cookies and cream),and fish and flax oil pills, im still looking for a good multivitamin. i was wondering if i should take this stuff on my days out of the gym. i know the oils are good to take anytime but what about the protein? also would it be bad to add a fat burner to these? thanks for all the help by the way PEACE OUT. also i have read that it is best to take protein after workout,after you wake in the morning and before you go to sleep. when do you guys take it?

    ON also make a multi that's pretty decent. I take it every day. I drink protein shakes everyday 2x. If it's a weekend and I have more time to cook I sometimes won't have protein shakes on the weekend, but everyone is different.
