Muscle fuel!
ok guessing its been asked so many times before but im trying this stuff for a month to hopefully see some progress!
i normally take Dymatize Elite whey isolate everyday 2-3 times a day but dont seem to be getting on with it .. tastes nice etc but doesnt do much in the way of help me put on muscle and keep it! i train 4-5 times a week on a program set by my gym owner its a bloody lethal program high reps and high sets 4 X 15/20 usually! so main question really is will i get FAT taking muscle fuel people take it who i know but they are already fairly fat and big built just dont wanna add fat weight instead of muscle! and when it says on the tub take 1 level scoop 2-3 times a day is that right? cause its a 110g serving and the measuring scoop u get is erm 100ml so im a little confused |

personally dont see a problem with my training as ive just started another program after coming off a 8 week 1!
my diet does need more too it but hard to eat every 2-3 hours with the job i have! breakfast is 5 weetabix and a protein shake 40g, dinner is usually 200g rice and 2 tins of tuna about 40g protein, evening meal is whatever the parent cooks! then before bed 3 weetabix and 40g protein shake again! hardly skimping much but thats where muscle fuel will come in as i can have that at work at my convinience! that add's upto 6 meals a day if i include 2 shakes a day! |

If you are trying to put on some muscle I would stop doing 15-20 reps per set just for starters.

just reading thru it most are 4X10-12 and some are 15-20 on triceps and abs! my mistake

you'll put on some fat. Stuff has a bunch malt dex in it. maybe just take it before and after you workout use whey the other times. change up your workout. lower reps look up max-ot that will shock your body for sure |
