    Favorite Pre-Workout.

    What is yours? Ive tried N.O. Xplode and NaNO VAPOR, both of which are good.
    You can go to Jolly Pirate Doughnuts and take a two hour shit for all I care...

    i've tried SP250 and was crap. i've went through 6-7bottles of N.O-Xplode tho . but after this bottle i wanna try shock theropy(sp?) by Animal.

    give 5 tetra a shot.

    also today i had 12 g of glutamine pre workout, and my arms were still pumped up long after my workout.
    dont usually have that kind of pump after workout, I usually lose it afer i do my abs.

    Accelerade w/ some Tricreatine Malate. I have been using CEE with AKG for the past month, but Tricreatine Malate seems to work much better for me, so I'll be getting that once this stuff runs out.

    Just keep in mind that the lemonade flavor don't have Caffeine, the other two flavors do. If you are going to buy it online Taylors Nutrition has a pretty good price on it. I've never bought it there but I've gotten some other stuff there.

    I tried a couple of products...there's the reviews:

    SuperPump 250 (Gaspari Nutrition)
    Goods:

    -taste great
    -mix easily
    -instant results
    -lot of energy
    -great pump

    Bads

    -I crash after your work out (due to caffeine effect)
    -I get a surge of energy for only 20-45 minutes. (not a sustained power)
    -I get heartburn (with orange flavor only)

    Rate : 8/10

    Armageddon (by StarChem Labs)

    Goods:

    -Taste amazing
    -Lot of energy
    -Insane pump
    -Instants results

    Bads:

    -Overpriced
    -Hard to mix
    -Powder texture
    -Get heartburns
    -Big crash after the training
    -Hard to find in supplements stores

    Rate : 7.5/10

    Detonate (by Netrients)

    Goods:

    -Great pump
    -Instant results
    -Good price/quality ratio
    -Sustained energy (no rush) for over 1 hour.
    -Lot of strenght
    -No crash after training (low caffeine)

    Bads :

    -Taste need to be worked on
    -Sometime hard to mix competely
    -Hard to find in supplements stores
