    Cell tech

I am currently taking the product cell tech which is a creatine substance powder twice a day. It has taken it's course so far- gained 6 pounds of muscle. All i drink during the day is skim milk and lots of water. Is this stuff bad for me/any better products at GNC that would be better?

This is a normal creatine with nothing special about it.It has alot of sugar in it but thats it.It is not going to be any worse or better for you than the GNC brand. You buy Cell Tech and shop at GNC which tells me you are very new to this and have been decieved by alot of false marketing claims.Look into a diffrent creatine online and you'll get a better quality and save some $$$$$.
