never tryed that band when i take just plain creatine i add some powdered gaterade to it i guess the dextrose helps your body absorb it. makes it sort of like this. Pre-Load Creatine Complex by Optimum Discount Bodybuilding Supplements & Discount Nutritional Supplements Store its what i use

creatine mono is where to start. there is no need to load on it, adding a fast acting carb to it does help it work.

cee is a good choice if you dont like mono. some people either dont respond to mono or experience bloat, both of which dont happen with cee.

I'm taking CEX by VPX and I'm not sure I like it too much...I hate to say this, but the best results I got were from Cell-Tech which sucks because it's expensive and too much sugar. Swole was ok and Sans V12 was average...I dont wanna go back to cell-tech...so hook a brotha up w/ something good! ahha

I have been taking creatine monohydrate and i notice that my abdominal area has been increasingly bloating...you think its the creatine mono or just drinking an access of water?

Although it took me a while to get used tot he taste, VPX CEX is awesome. I've used many types of creatine and this one definitely increased my endurance and ability to go heavy and gave me crazy pumps - sometimes a good half hour after Id finished training. However, I've been on it for quite some time now, so eithe ri'm used to what it does or my body has become accustomed to its effects. Still a good product though.

what you said makes no sense. if you think NO is better for gains then creatine, then you have a lot of learning to do. at 15 you shouldnt be taking anything anyway.

I agree. Wait till at least 18, become more disciplined with drinking nothing but water with that stuff all day, or it could turn for the worst on you. I do like creatine, in that it does what it says it will do, give results.

Some good quality creatine and very well priced.... Higher Power Nutrition
    $20 for 2 lbs.
If your looking for more size and look super huge, then go with Gaspari Superpump250. That stuff is incredible. You pay a little more, but it is 100% worth the buy.

why 18 years old for creatine? I dont get it. it isnt messing with T levels. I really dont see the sense in waiting until he's 18. I was downing amino acids at 16 and it did nothing to me-creatine is nothing more than Arginine, Glycine and Methionine.
