Lose Weight
Is there anything out there that will quickly help lose weight without Ephedra in it?

about me
A little more about me. I am 6'1 about 300lbs. I tend to watch what I eat and I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week. Usually do about 40 minutes cardio and then hit the weights for about 30-40 minutes.
