superpump 250
i started taking superpump 250, i notice the back ingredients list says it contains some creatine. should i still take my creatine pills that i've been taking?

I would because it isn't going to contain that much creatine.

yea i saw the sizeon stuff but that cost even more than the superpump so i wasn't going to buy both just in case the superpump was crap. superpump isn't bad but i really only noticed a difference with my first workout. since then its been about the same

Most of these pre workout "NO" supps are that way.They are really good at first but the results aren't as noticeable after a few days.I just take them on occasion.
