    Pre-Workout/Post

I was considering buying the Xyience NOX-CG3 and XTKO Xtreme Rest & Recovery. Has anyone used any of these and have any advice about these products. I currently use NO-Xplode and Cell Mass but I was wanting to try something new.

Honestly I would invest my money in other products, you are paying for the name. There are plenty of other pre and post workout supps that im sure if you spent a little time going through the posts you could find to be better for ya. For pre I like fast twitch, horse power, and some no xplode every now and then.

way too expensive. my view on pre/post workout is pretty simple..
eaa + carb pre with creatine
whey + carb post with creatine

thats as simple as it gets and is ideal for muscle growth and recovery. i would say something like vendetta or all in one or 8-betaanabol pre with your choice of stand alone creatine or carb free creatine blend (xceed, clout) and post there are several blends that you could consider, my favorites being replenish and aftershock recovery.
