    cytogainer help

hello all, I recently purchaced muscle milk and cytogainer. I am a hardgainer and enjoy these products, but my concern is that the cytogainer has 150mg cholesterol per serving... isn't that too high for long term use? I like how this product has the neccessary carbs and 3g creatine per serving, but I concerned about the cholesterol... can someone give me their thoughts or suggestions? Also, are there any other products than contain around 3g of creatine in addition or protein, carbs, and other good stuff?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Dietary colesterol has nothing to do with your cholesterol levels. Not to mention the fact that there is such a thing as good cholesterol.

dietary cholesterol raises your cholesterol levels in theory... would it be best to just opt for a pure creatine supplement? is there any pros or cons to the gnc creatine ignoring price? What is the best creatine supplement available at GNC, and if taken long term, should it be taken after or before workout... and what is the right about to take long term...and how will the GRAMS be measured, will their be a scooper included similarly to how a scooper is included with protein supplemenets?

In theory. I drink muscle milk everyday and have been for over a year and I am 100% possitive I have no cholesterol problems.

As far as GNC products go, I am not going to say that they are not good products. I have used their multivitamin several times, and I still do, but that's about it. I do buy a few other vitamins there, so besides the price I would say the quality is good.

The last tub of creatine I bought did not come with a scooper but it was not GNC brand so I am not sure. I just bought a measuring spoon for less than a dollar and used that.

As for when to take it just follow the instructions on the canister but I would skip the loading phase.

It would be a good idea to mix it with some dextrose so the it gets into your system better.
