    creatine newbiee

is there any pros or cons to the gnc creatine ignoring price? What is the best creatine supplement available at GNC, and if taken long term, should it be taken after or before workout... and what is the right about to take long term...and how will the GRAMS be measured, will their be a scooper included similarly to how a scooper is included with protein supplemenets?

Thanks for your help in advance!

You're asking very general/basic creatine questions. Use this site for micro-research, meaning specific questions. Read a lot about what creatine is. Do a search on this site as well.

In an ideal world I'd take half of my dosage pre and half post, but I forget to take it regularly so I just take the full dosage pre to be safe.

For the record, I just picked up some Maximum Pump, once again no problems in terms of shipping with IM products. Will review in my journal and I'm expecting big things.

I usually get amped when I take creatine, even if its just your normal CEE or mono and not NO-Xplode or something of the sort. That is why I take it pre-workout because psychologically it boosts my energy levels for the workout I'm about to endure.

thanks sox! any idea any one as to whether the benefit (in terms of more size) is irrelevant to the time of consumption of creatine (pre vs post)?
