I have trouble sleeping and have tried everything. For me: Valerian Root works best as far as herbals go (melatonin did nothing), Tylenol pm for over the counter drugs, and Ambien or Ativan (anti-anxiety) as far as scripts go.
Most take about an hour to get me to fall asleep.

I took 3 serapax at a party one time because a friend said they were good, I woke up 7 hours later in a bed at the party house with my sock off but my shoes on. After seeing people from that night I found out that I was still 'awake' and standing up wobbling and acting really out of it. It was like I was asleep but I was still moving and talking. An undercover cop came to that party and thought I was overdosing but lucky my friends sorted that out.

    Im not touching them again.

Hmph, I am the opposite. Valerian relaxed me whereas Melatonin made me sleepy.

On troubled nights, Id take both.

I've been taking ZMA for a few weeks now and have been sleeping great. I used to wake up every few hours tossing and turning, but now I can actually fall into a pretty deep slumber.

Yes, I've been taking ZMA as well and totally agree, never wake up during the nights, and wake up early and rested as well.
