Anyone ordered from them recently??? I've ordered from them in the past, and I know they are slow, but have never really had any problems. I ordered some things about a week and a half ago and I haven't received any update on my order at all! I've tried emailing and calling all their numbers and stores but haven't been able to reach anyone...did I just get fucked?

I recently made an order from them (about 4weeks ago), and had not recieved an update on my order for some time. I called and spoke to person, was told one item was back ordered, they appologized for not informing me. I did recieve the order shortly their after.

I've had no problem always get an email with tracking number the next day.
The delivery takes nomore than 5-6 days.
