    XCeed question

After reading reviews of XCeed, I decided to buy it (came in the mail today, YAY ^.^) On the label it says take one before W.O and it says "A second serving may be taken directly after a workout, or sipped during a workout, however, this is extraneous if you are taking Replenish™ post-workout" . if its only one a day that would be only 3 grams of CEE and ive read in this forum that while bulkin its good to take like 5 grams of CEE or so, so how should I take it, only once a day, during W.O, or post W.O? Also is Replenish any good?

3g of cee is all that needed. i suggest taking it pre workout, replenish is excellent and is a great bookend to compliment the product. if you decide not to go that way you can do a few things, you can take a serving post, but i would recommend half a serving.

I think 3gof CEE is fine too, more isn't always better. 1 serving pre and 1/2 serving post is ok but I think it's a bit superflous. I guess it depends if you use it on off days or not though. I would use 1 serving everyday and a half post as nni said or just 1 serving everyday. I've found there's more than the 45 servings so it's also a good value too in the end.
