    NO explode / creatine

im taking no explode (nitric oxide) before training and im not sure wether to buy some creatine aswell - do they stack well? or is it better to stick to one or cycle them monthly?????

also whats the general opinion on the best creatine out there? can anyone suggest some good brands etc to look at.

san12? swole? - are they any good - i had a tub of v12 year or so back but got injured so didnt use it and gave it to a friend. would i be better sticking with cheap holland and barett stuff or is there a big difference in quality with various brands?

    thanks

I would go with creatine over NO-explode. As far as what kind, start with any basic monohydrate powder, the molecule's the same and that's all that matters. If that does not work out you can give creatine ethyl ester a go.
