I thought effectiveness and side effects and uptake etc would have to rely alot on what you did wiith your creatine or whatelse was in the product alongside it. Especially after reading this

Q: Creatine has been around for a long time, and I know it works, but how is EndoCre3 different?

A: Most Creatine products arent fully absorbed, half the creatine is passed through the body, and the other 1/2 blocks your own (endogenous)Creatine production - like testosterone suppresses your own hormone output. Studies show whether its powder or liquid, outside (exogenous) creatine shuts down your own production. Our product has a proprietary ingredient discovered in the 50s makes your body make its own creatine. EndoCre 3 turns your body into a creatine lab! Your body produces 300 times more on its own 24/7.

There any kind of loading phase or anything or do you dive right into it? I've been reading a bunch of conflicting stuff and have no idea.

Not at all. It was just making a reference.
Read it again, it said creatine blocks your own natural producers
like taking test lowers your own test.

It didn't say creatine lowered your test.
