    Bulking supplements help

Hello I am on a bulking routine and I am trying to gain lots of mass.

Right now I have very few supplements - I have
Quick Mass which I use as a meal supplement
and Iso Sensations 93 which is my protien.

I am on around a 4500 calorie diet but I dont somedays I get down to about 3800 calories if i dont do much... like on the weekends. I get around 200 grams of protien. I am 200 lbs, and I am 6'5".

I have been on this diet for 3 weeks and I havent gained any fat yet which is good, but I dont think i can fit any more food in my belly.

Monday - wake up at 6:00AM, have 750 calories worth of quickmass. wait 30 minutes and go to the gym. Then I have milk and my iso sensations as my post workout shake. Later at 6:00 PM I have a fencing practice for 3 hours (which is like 3 hours of moderate stairclimbing HIIT). Before i go to that I have 750 calories worth of quickmass. And I have the same post workout shake after fencing but i sip on it during practice because it is so long.

Tuesday - Eat my quick mass if i dont have time to make a meal. Nothing special

    Wednesday - See Monday
    Thursday - See tuesday
    Friday - See monday
    Saturday - See tuesday
    Sunday - See tuesday

    Note:
Quick mass says it has creatine in it so i figured i didnt need it.

I know this probably looks lame but thanks for any help you can give.

for more calories: a meal before bed, and wake up in the middle of the night and have a protein or MRP shake.

    Where's the diet?

I see more than 1/2 of your calories coming from shakes.

Scrap the "mass gaining supplements" and start eating food!!

I would suggest reading the stickies and putting together a solid diet first and foremost.

i dont use creatine because the quick mass says it has it in it. I dont know if it has much but it says so on the label.

    http://www.quickmass.com/QUICKMASS%20Product%20Info.pdf

Well since I am eating a 4500 calorie day, I only get 1500 calories from shakes which is a lot but I pretty much just eat all day. I'm eating a big bowl of pasta and tofu right now.

As an example of meals that I eat.
I have 3 scoops of quick oats
    1 scoop protien
    2 spoons peanut butter
and some wheat germ if im feeling crazy

i think all of my meals are pretty balanced and yes on my training days I do have a lot of liquid food.

and i do eat before bed as well, but i never thought of eating when i wake up at night

The Quick Mass doesn't list the amount of creatine but by looking at that label I bet it's not much.I would get creatine and drop that shake. It looks like alot of crap.If you are getting your calories from that shake you are damn lucky if your not gaining bodyfat.I would observe the mass your gaining a little closer and if your certain none of it is bodyfat then best of luck to you but I would still add the creatine.

OK I'll grab some creatine, should i take it before and after my workout or just before? Why do people take it after at all?

I made this thread because i saw some other guy with a thread who had "amino something", and "pro a bunch of other things". I thought I was going about this wrong.

I'm also suprised that you guys dont think "weight gainers" like quick mass to be any good. I figured they would be one of those things everyone takes while bulking.
