they will have been naturally big to begin with. big boned, large frame, but there are many other factors.

Although some may do serious training, many I have seen are quite tubby too but stand with their chest stuck out to give the illusion of muscle. Also, they wear many layers and look at their huge jackets.
I love it when a plan comes together.

the bouncers here are just generally "large" people, as in MINIMUM 6'3, solid build. probably couldnt fight their way out of a paper bag, but after 12 beers im not gonna take the risk

Just people who will kick the fuck out of you for being a dick inside the pub/club

they are doing a job too, people need to respect that fact.

Considering i am working and getting at least double the rate they are on, i can cut them some slack

My friend JR is a bouncer at the roadhouse in Calgary. He is naturally a big boy...
He does what any other person would do to get big.
    Eats alot of food
    Goes to the Gym
    Sleeps ALOT

this thread is retarded, you cant say that bouncers are taking some magic formula that makes them all huge, they are real people too you know, probably eat and drink the same stuff you are
