Alright, about seven to eight weeks ago I asked about supplements. I took the advice of a couple posters and have been on a whey protein (three times a day), a creatine supplement, a multi-vitamin, and fish oil pill.
After seven weeks I have been very happy with the results. I feel like I have gotten bigger, but look more cut (my weight has stayed the same, 180 pounds at 5'10"). I have been working out six days a week (haven't missed a day!), hitting each muscle hard only once a week. I have also been getting at the cardio very hard too. Four days a week I am running on the treadmill for 40 minutes, and then the eliptical for 20 minutes. On the other two days (my legs days) I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I have also been pretty strict with my diet. It has been all lean meats, eggs, natural oatmeal, salads, peanut-butter jelly sandwitches, and fruits (especially with my shakes) the past seven weeks. I have not cheated with any junk or fast food.
Now this is where you guys are going to get mad at me, and this is where I need advice. The protein supplement I have been using is Nitro-tech, and the creatine I have been using is Cell-tech. However, after seven weeks, I am pretty broke (I am only 18, a full-time student and part-time worker).
So can anyone recommend me a new protein supplement that is high quality, but less denting on the wallet?
I did a little looking around, and what do you guys think about these two protein supplements?
One more question. I am not too sure if the creatine is working, so I want to go off of it for about 4 weeks to see for myself (I do not want to be spending on it if it is not doing much). But I want to try something new. Does anyone know anything about these two stacks?
Thanks, those are good finds. Out of the two protein powders I listed though, which one is better? And do you know anything about those two stacks I listed?
