    The percentage amounts in supplements

    Hey guys

    Just a short question.

If you have a tribulus tablet that is 1000g, but it refers to the trib as 20% extract, does that mean only 20% of that tablet is trib and the rest all the stuff that binds it altogether etc?

    Cheers

That's not a great deal of effectiveness then? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

well to be honest trib isn't all that effective in my opinion anyway. but just increase your dosage, it just means you need to take more pills.

    I think you mean 1000mg.

There is no real guarantee with herbs, but basically what nni said is correct.

Also, just because an herb is claimed to be a 20% extract or 40% extract does not mean it actually is. Your best bet is to go with a reputable company that only uses high quality ingredients, and of course I can recommend one to you: IronMagLabs Inc.

I didn't really wanna mention the brand, but it's Ironmag Labs Trib. I only got it today so haven't tried it yet.

3 or 4 a day should help you out on the pct. 6-oxo is fun to take too I ordered some of that for my pct. sucks when the cycle is over and have to wait 3 months to start another one.
