    Arginine Ethyl Ester

I just scored some AEE (just the powder) and decided to give it a try. I'm not really big on supp's all i take is whey, muscle milk, vitamins, fish oil and creatine but since this came my way i say why not. I know its supposed to give pumps and what not but i'm unsure of the dosage. I remember a long time ago when NO2 and what not started coming out people said you can take like 8g of l-arginine but because this is esterized it should be absorbed more efficiently. So guys, give me the low down because i don't have time and am very lazy. Dosages, effectiveness, sides (i remembering reading somewhere about possibly serious side effects)?
