Creatine Monohydrate.

Before workout? After? Both? How many grams should I take each time?

most use around 5grams post work-out, you should consider CEE.

Is there a compelling reason to use CEE over monohydrate? I have 500g of monohydrate that I got for like 8 bucks off of ATW that I need to go through (never been on creatine)

CEE has many benefits over CM, but if you already have CM use it.

Yea, use the CM. 5g after workout in grapejuice or a sports drink. Something w/ sugar.

There have been so many debates over which is better and everyone manages to come to the same conclusion and that's that it usually depends on who you are, some get better results from CM and some get better results from CEE.

I use CM for that reason. I did see some decent results back when my source of CEE was "CellMass" from the BSN stack. But CM is cheaper and works better for me.

no loading necessary. Big debate on the topic of creatine, but I see no purpose in loading. Do a search, theres more threads on the topic of loading.
