protein powder
new at the gym, work a 13 hour night shift, fit my training in the morning after work. was recommended syntha-6 by a trainer at the gym to avoid eating a full meal after my work out, since i go straight home for bed to get ready for work.
i thouth this was a protein powder is this the right meal replacement? |

you might want to find something with a mix of proteins in it. something with casien and whey. also make sure your getting at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight. theres a lot of info in the stickys above
