    Yeah I have taken it before. You usually take it along with some sort of medicine that could upset your stomach. This nullifies the effect by promoting good digestive bacteria.

    well I think my diet messes with my digestive process....thought this might help.

    It helps me some by keeping milk from bloating me. Not much help to be honest. So, I don't use it anymore. I just never drink milk. I use rice milk or soy milk. Cheese is ok for me as is yogurt. Yogurt is a better way to get that good for gut bacteria, for me. I make a point of having it a couple times a week, it doesn't take much. Other good for your gut bacteria stuff I like is sauerkraut and miso soup.

    This is a very good probiotic, I would suggest everybody take it. It helps with digestion and helps restore "good" bacteria that many of us lose through taking medication (anti-biotics) and such. This kind of good bacteria helps fight all kinds of disease and sickness also in the long-run. I also drink AloeVera juice, seems like a cure-all.
