Yeah I have taken it before. You usually take it along with some sort of medicine that could upset your stomach. This nullifies the effect by promoting good digestive bacteria.
Has anyone used this? Has it helped anyone? Does anyone have anything to share on this topic?
Thanks!

well I think my diet messes with my digestive process....thought this might help.
It helps me some by keeping milk from bloating me. Not much help to be honest. So, I don't use it anymore. I just never drink milk. I use rice milk or soy milk. Cheese is ok for me as is yogurt. Yogurt is a better way to get that good for gut bacteria, for me. I make a point of having it a couple times a week, it doesn't take much. Other good for your gut bacteria stuff I like is sauerkraut and miso soup.

This is a very good probiotic, I would suggest everybody take it. It helps with digestion and helps restore "good" bacteria that many of us lose through taking medication (anti-biotics) and such. This kind of good bacteria helps fight all kinds of disease and sickness also in the long-run. I also drink AloeVera juice, seems like a cure-all.
