    Its almost like steriods your muscles just explode. Its all Jay Cutler has to use and look at him.

    Its just sugar and creatine and a few other things. Doesn't cost alot to make MuscleTech just marks it way up and takes your money. Optimum Nutrition is one of the best supplement companies their is. They have Number 1 protein in the world. What I listed costs 16 dollars at all the other places amazon just has really good deals sometimes.

    supps like Celltech are expensive because you're paying got they're marketing, advertising and the salaries of the pro bodybuilders that say they use their products.

    just buy straight creatine mono and take it with a sports drink or juice.

    I personally have never used creatine before, but I have friends who have used Muscletech products and they've had wind/upset stomachs, used other brands and been fine
