    What I use:

    Multiple Vitamin (Twin Lab)
    B-Complex (NOW)
    Glucosomine/Chondroiten (Sam's Club brand)
    Whey Protein (AlltheWhey)
    EFA's (IronMagLabs Essence EFA)
    Creatine (IronMagLabs CEE)
NO2 (IronMagLabs Maximum Pump or Nitro4)
    Anabolic-Matrix Rx (IronMagLabs)
Lean Fuel Extreme or Herbal Burn (IronMagLabs)
    Green Tea (IronMagLabs)
    Tribulus (IronMagLabs)

Some of the above supps I cycle, I don't take all of those all of the time.

As far as what I recommend, that would depend on the individual. Obviously I will recommend any IronMagLabs product since I own it.

    So bias...

I've tried Anabolic Matrix RX, Muscle Pump, and IronMagLabs Green tea blend and I've loved them all. Highly recommend.
