    Supplements

    Hi!!
I just moved to US from Europe and I have problem with shopping, I don't know what I should buy. I was reading a few magazines and listening opinions f.ex : one of them says Myoplex is the best protein system - is it true, what do You Guys think?? I know then some of the supplements have better ingredients, higher quality, the others are worse for stomach and so far...Can U advise me what I should buy (proteins, creatine, glutamine, NO, HMB). I'm asking for answer everyone who knows american market (someone who lives here) but If You, who reads my post, want to say something - thank You very much for any suggestion...

Go with the Optimum Nutrition, Champion or Cytosport Muscle Milk for good protein. For price I would go with the ISS Whey Matrix if you are concerned about how much money you will pay. Whey protein is "through the roof".

Then again you may want to try out "All The Whey" who is frequently on this board. Regards, John

I think U are right, but we both know meat is not everything and if U work, sometimes there is not enough time to order something (all around - McD, Wendy's ...), the same with cooking, I can't start doing some good stuff in my office ; second problem is, proteins are important but also something to help absorb them(creatine) also vitamins, NO level and so ..., probably U know lot better then me, that's why I was asking; reading all those posts I know something...Thank U for help...maximusek
