What do you know about my diet? I'm 5'10, 190 with 9 percent body fat.....IF you can't offer advice, really not sure why your wasting both of our times? I asked about boosting anabolic levels, (legally).

    Thank you very little.

dip shit. I am basing it off the retarded questions you have posted in the Diet and Nutrition section.

Whoopty fucking do if you have 9% BF. I offered advice, if you know shit about your diet, why bother.

    You are welcome very much

Ignorance isn't retarded, "dipshit." Neither is knowing which kind of "oats" to buy in the morning or writing down every macro one takes on tri-hourly basis. Curious to know what makes you as qualified as you make yourself out to be?

Now be a good guy and keep the wise ass comments to oneself. If you want to offer advice, by all means I'm still waiting.

My diets always been off because I've been a wrestler all my life cutting and gaining with fluctuation.

    impressive.

I never said I was qualified for shit. The fact is that you know shit about your diet, which no supplement will supersede

    How old are you?.

I am qualified enough to know you are a retard. Trying to find shortcuts to help your non-existent diet.

You are 24. You don't need hormone enhancement. If you can't make gains then your diet is shit, and your training sucks balls.

I quite willing to accept i know shit-all. But I am not quite as dumb as you to realize my diet is the key.

and "y'all" need to understand that it is spelled Eh!

I am bore to you, but your retarded posts are semi entertaining.

    Pot meek Kettle.

Still doesn't change the fact that your lack of understanding with regards to Diet and Training is what is holding you back. Not some supplement.

Oh and I guess you made that typo 5'7" a few times.

So basically you are admitting you know fuck all and that I am right, by trying to resort to childish insults?

You are here to get advice are you not?

I was asked to be a moderator for Diet and Nutrition for a reason. If you don't want help, then don't ask questions.

    Really it is pretty simple.

You were most likely asked to be a moderator because you have nothing better to do with your time than be on a computer 23.5/7 to make incessantly rude remarks to posts. So, when do you get to the gym?

PS: Still waiting on the post advice, or better yet, can you direct me to someone who can actually offer some?
