AST 32x Multi Vitamin, iron ok?
Just wondering some of the pros and cons of this multi vitamin with the iron in it. Would i be better off getting a MV without it?

I use TwinLab's Daily One without iron.

i used ast for 2 or 3 bottles, but honestly there are so many good multivitamins out there that if you are concerned you should switch. its not like there are any that are head and shoulders above one another.

Only 33% of the RDA so I wouldn't worry about toxicity. But if it's of grave concern then go with an iron free one.
