I have a great coach as it were on this, but I'm just asking you folks. Its not a steroid, or anywhere near for that matter. However it is a powerful fat loss catalyst. So I was curious to get some opinions of what I might be in for.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

You'd probably get a better response in the research chemicals. Clen when with a good diet has some awesome results.

Depends on dose; expect shakes, headaches and cramps. Like big said, with a good diet it works well. Remember to cycle, drink plenty of water and go easy on exercise while on it. Also don't expect strength gains.

Yes I've been told to reduce my weights slightly with work outs, stay very hydrated, and do low impact cardio instead of HIIT.

Also it was mentioned that stacking it with caffiene may help take care of the headache portion of things. Also taking it right before bed seems to remedy the shakes, or so I'm told. I've thought about it for six months and I've made good moves thus far without, but I have more to lose and want to expedite the process.
