    ECA question

i have a quick question about when to take it...do i take it right when i wake up before breakfast then again early afternoon? i train about 45min-1hr. after breakfast so that would be right about when it would kick in...

also i have heard some say take it 2xper day and others say 3...what would you guys think about the amount per day and times per day?

    i will be doing:
    25mg effedrine
    200mg caffeine
    325mg asprin

I would take it it after you eat since it kicks in rather quickly. Also take it once in the afternoon at least 4 hours before you go to be if not earlier.

I have never seen those studies. Do you have them? (not the first one though. i don't want the study done on rats).

I wonder why the asprin didn't work in those cases?

    thanks
