    bcaa amino powder ??

    lookin to mix some aminos in with a protein shake whats the best brand?

    i've not bought it by the tub, but i get the Optimum Nutrition 1000 mg capsules.

    200 for $12

    bcaas do not taste good.

    xtend lemonade does though.

    MRM BCAA+G is the only one I have tried.

    They mix like shit.

    The Bulk Nutrition BCAA powder does as well. Is there any tip to these? They don't even mix in the blender.

    if i remember correctly, you should take your bcaas separately from protein. True or not?

    Yeah it floats on the top. You kinda have to drink it down quick.

    ian, mrm's bcaa is meant to be placed in the mouth, not in water, thats why it didnt mix.

    jug, you cant take them together if you want, its not a big deal.

    if you use an hand mixer, they mix great, if not throw the shaker in the fridge for a few and the leucine will dissolve.

    Yeah that is what I did. But when I wanted something at the gym, I would just dump it in some water.
