    Bulk Nutrition Fucked Me

    I ordered a product that was buy one, get one free. On the original online reciept all appeared well. On the reciept when I got the items, I was charged for both: the one I purchased and wanted as well as the supposed free one.

    I've called them twice, e-mailed them numerous times and have yet to get a response.

    I will never again make a purchase on that site and I suggest you all follow suit too.

    What a shitty site, it's too bad because before it was sold, it was the best online company on the Internet.

    If you have the original online recipt, and it states you owe X but they charged you Y.. then file a dispute with your cc company/bank.

    I've only ordered twice since Mike sold, but no problems to report. I did notice their price on a 5 lb container of ON whey went from 27.10 to 36 something .

    Apparently there is a Whey shortage. So there has been an increase across the board.

    I have never had a problem with BN, but have read alot of complaints about lack of service since the sale.

    It isn't even about the money at this point. It's fucking bullshit that they would screw me, ignore my calls/messages, refuse to return e-mails. It's pathetic.

    I was just watching a Forensic Files where some guy got jipped and was so furious that he mailed back a pipe bomb that ended up killing the kid who ran the business.

    I agree, that is ridiculous. Dodging calls and messages in my opinion is inexcusable for any business to do (especially one that is not a large operation). It only takes a minute to run a corrections. And no explanation. They are pretty much stealing from you. I don't think I'll be buying from Bulk Nutrition anymore. What other sites does this company own besides the two listed above? I will avoid those as well.

    I had a similar experience with them earlier this year and have decided after about three years with BN to try someone else.

    My issue was more trivial but their failure to even hit reply on an email was frustrating.

    I bought some bulk cee from them and like after a week of not getting it i called them up and they said they never got the order but my card was charged.After they looked it up they said id get it in 3 days and in 3 days it finally came..NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

    That why you should give us smaller guys, who still sell customer service, a try. Check out our Ebay Feedback. We decided earlier this year to stop selling on price and focus on customer service. The response has been great.

    Not possible. The original order form (receipt) that was on my screen online stated that it was buy one get one free and that I wouldn't be charged for the second bottle.

    They overcharged me but they did give me free penetration. I was fucked.

    Whenever I'd order, knowing that I was a regular here on IM, he'd always throw in samples of things or shaker bottles, like you mentioned.

    The site has gone down the shitter since.
