What exactly did you buy and what's your dose plan with what else food exercise and supplement wise??? It's kind of a pretty loose question don't you think?

Height / weight / bf%? How lean do you want to get? Do you have a current photograph?

2 and 1 pre workout / on rising and with second meal of the day.. if you need to kick up add in a pre-bed dose . If you're on a tight time frame, i would say you might safely manage to bring in a black coffee with the first or both of those. Just watch fluids and glycogen. Experiment with letting it chew some carbs.. you might impress yourself. oh ..and milk .. if you do do do do.

so 2 in the morning, 1 pre workout, and perhaps one at bed time? When should i start upping the doses, any signs i need to look for in terms of tolerence?

That's quite high already but yeh. that should be an okay start .

you know that dry feeling you get from overtraining mixed with dehydration??.. that 's not what you're going for!. If that happens drop off a bit or eat and drink slightly more frequently. Don't even worry if you have to cop a more frequent refeed. It'll all go and improve your structural constitution make up.
You'll know after a few days or so if you want to add more or not.. see how you feel.. just go easy and give each dose a fair chance.. your body should do all sorts of things and then just show you results thermal plataue break by plataue break. If you feel good and can manage through an intense cardio sesh and after one, for me I find thaat a good indication ..that and how hydrated and i can manage to get while still getting results and how well I can keep up glycogen..so important. If you feel like chucking then you need glycogen and fluids .. refeed or pump those anyway you can get them down for a good cpl of days.
Good luck. I hope it does what you're hoping . .
