it seems like the hgh boosters out there,are a waste of money.
there are a lot of supps.listed as hgh boosters ive read quite a bit about them and tried one or two.
l glutamine is billed to raise growth hormone levals and most of us take it every day,it really does not work for that application although micronized l glutamine or german american tech. l glutamine targets the receptors and works for muscle repair.
