best protein supplement?

hello, im new here.

since i just finished high school...I have a lot of time on my hands so I'm going to workout a lot. I've been working out for a year and I'm really serious about it so I'm going to try eat 5 meals a day and workout every day with ever other day cardio.

right now, i'm trying to figure out what kind of supplement i should take.

a couple of friends are raving about Nitro-tech, should I get nitro-tech? or something else?

thanks

Your friends are idiots. I bet you that they have alot of muscle mags laying around. There are two major types for different times. Whey is what Nitro is. For a cheaper thing that works Try Optimum Nutri tion 100% Whey Protein. The other is a blend of different types of protein. I dont know much about the blends but Kuso said something called Labrada`s ProV60 is good but ask him about it. Dont be fooled into buying Nitro tech or GNC powders They are only good for doorstops.

Whey proteins are good for post working, but unfortunately not acceptable for other times of day
